About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) to join our team. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and involves splitting time between our Chicago and Schaumburg office locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, a minimum of 1 year of experience, and the ability to speak Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish in addition to English. This is a commission-based position, and the office operates as a PPO and Fee-for-Service practice.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality dental care and services to patients, including examinations, diagnostics, preventive care, restorative dentistry, and treatment planning.
Perform restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and other necessary dental procedures.
Educate patients on proper dental hygiene and care, explaining treatment options and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Collaborate with other dental professionals, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for patients, demonstrating kindness and compassion in all interactions.
Stay current with industry trends, technology, and treatment methods to offer patients the best care available.
Split time equally between our Chicago and Schaumburg office locations, providing consistent, high-quality care at both sites.
Qualifications:
Dental degree (DMD or DDS) from a U.S. accredited dental school.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental practice.
Proficiency in English and one or more of the following languages: Ukrainian, Russian, or Polish.
Compassionate, kind, and patient-centered approach to care.
Knowledge of restorative implant dentistry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with patients and staff.
Ability to work in a PPO or Fee-for-Service environment, and a strong understanding of insurance processes.
Must be licensed to practice dentistry in the state of Illinois.
